
Jen Wolfe is a globally recognized expert in intellectual property strategy, digital governance, and emerging technologies, with more than two decades of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, and corporate boards. A former managing partner of a top-ranked IP law firm and founder of multiple ventures, including Dot Brand 360 and Southern Living Ventures, she brings a distinctive blend of legal, strategic, and entrepreneurial expertise. Jen has served in leadership at ICANN, the global body responsible for internet policy, where she chaired an independent review of its governance effectiveness. A Forbes Business Council contributor, Six Sigma Black Belt, and NACD Board Leadership Fellow, she is the author of five books on digital disruption and board oversight and a frequent keynote speaker. After earning a Juris Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior at the University of Cincinnati, she completed executive education programs in conflict resolution, governance and cybersecurity at Harvard, Stanford, and Carnegie Mellon. Her forthcoming book, Owning Intelligence, explores strategies for intellectual property and governance in the AI era.
